Firstly, what is gluten?
Gluten is the protein found in a variety of grains including wheat, rye, spelt, barley, oats, and triticale – which is a cross between wheat and rye. Gluten is also found in many processed foods such as bread, pasta, breakfast cereals, desserts, biscuits, and microwave meals.
Your Quick Gluten Intolerance Checklist
If you are gluten intolerant it means you have a condition that causes you to react to gluten. How many of the following symptoms do you have?
+ Gas, and bloating
+ Wheat belly fat
+ Weight loss due to malnutrition
+ Fatigue, and yawning soon after eating
+ Sugar cravings
+ Brain fog
+ Weak, and brittle nails
+ Digestive distress: pain, and loose stools
+ Poor fat digestion, including fat in the stools

+ Mood swings, and depression
+ Poor memory, and concentration
+ Skin rashes including dermatitis herpetiformis

A Gluten Free Diet For Thyroid Health
